Golden-yellow in color, high viscosity. Clean, clear. The nose is a little closed at first, but over time the varietal aromas of ripe juicy peach and pear come, and then the aromas of toast with a slight butteriness. Vanilla is discernible, skillfully woven into an intense bouquet. Very creamy, very harmonious, harmonious and with a long finish dominated by phenolic aging in 500 liter Slavonian oak barrels.
Serve with grilled fish, seafood, veal and pasta with creamy sauces and soft aromatic cheeses.
Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12 °C.
