TRAVARICA -D Rakija

This herbal brandy is a blend of Slavonia and Dalmatia. The base of the brandy is a brandy made from several varieties of pears, while the aromatic herbs are carefully collected in Dalmatia. The manufacturer has left the selection of herbs to experienced local connoisseurs, who in carefully selected proportions make this brandy extremely aromatic, but very drinkable. The brandy is excellent balanced with flavor and strength.

In the production of brandy as a base, attention was paid to every step. In the primary processing, pittings is done, and then pureed to obtain the mother juice and tissue, and then the maceration process is carried out.

The fermentation itself is controlled, using selected yeasts.
