Rosalia Fresh, a semi-sweet rosé wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir) ideal for the fairer sex, but also for the ‘softer’ male portion of the audience familiar with the wine for two on the rocks concept during summertime. You must try it several times with a raspberry crumble!
Technological data: regular vintage of Cabernet Savignon and Pinot Noir with optimal grape yield, vinification under controlled conditions 15 – 18 °C in stainless steel tanks, a section macerated prior to being pressed for a period of 8 hours, separate fermentation, filled and coupaged prior to fermentation.
Colour
Amber- copper colour with a pink hue and crystal purity and clarity.
Aroma
More intense primary aromas of red fruits of raspberry and pomegranate combined with mineral tones.
Flavour
Semi-sweet, light body, with intense flavours and refreshing well balanced acids; harmonious, with a delicate structure, aftertaste of medium longevity.
