The jewel in the crown, our flagship, an indigenous variety that our family has managed to revive, propagate and preserve for future generations. There are only 10 thousand vines in the world and it is something we are especially proud of because it is the only variety from the Zadar region that gives top results.
Rich, well structured, with pronounced fruity aromas of dark fruit (plums, berries). The wine is adorned with a high proportion of pleasant acids and tannins that certainly allow the wine to age well.
A synonym for this variety is Galica or Galac sitni.
This wine pairs well with stronger dishes such as grilled meats, steaks and lamb. It also pairs well with stronger sauces and pasticada due to its rich structure. It complements dark chocolate desserts very well or and even with a separate dark chocolate bar.
