The delicate white flower of the chokeberry turns into a small berry that begins its journey… While waiting for full maturity, they dry out, the sugars reach their maximum, which means that we give up the total quantity for exceptional quality. The berries are separated from the small clusters and on the same day, they are cold-pressed into a superb nectar of the darkest black-purple color, shimmering with the glow of amethyst. It is as if the earth itself has drawn from its depths that mysterious power that has been trapped in the berries of the cluster. The taste of freshly squeezed chokeberry juice is tart, intense, and a bit shocking.

In the desire to bring this strength closer to the feeling of pleasure and longing, the heart was encouraged in its intention and research began on refining the taste; uniting the strong and the gentle. By carefully selecting seven fragrant spices that did not extinguish its original spirit, a few drops of rum were mixed for a little intoxication, just enough to make the body and mind dance. In the joy of discovering the taste, the most beloved one shyly appeared – TREN.
