GROŠIĆ Winery

Within the long tradition of viticulture of the Baničević-Grošić family coming from Smokvica on the island of Korčula the family winery Grošić has its place. On the southern slopes of the wine-growing hills of Smokvica bathed in the sun of the mild Mediterranean climate for a great part of the year, where the sea touches the stones of the 40-year-old vineyards growing alongside younger plantations, we process and produce drops of top-quality wines: Pošip, Rukatac, Plavac Mali.
We have around 15 000 planted vine-stocks. Annually we produce around 20 000 bottles of wine. Along with the wines mentioned we also produce liqueurs, olive oil and homemade mint juice. The liqueurs you can try at our winery are carob, lemon, orange and sour cherry liqueurs.
